SantanaRain believes the best celebrations are built on love, intention, and a whole lot of heart.
My own story reflects that philosophy. My husband and I have been married for over 25 years, and we’re proud parents to two beautiful daughters.
When I’m not planning events, you’ll likely find me visiting our girls, embracing holiday traditions, behind a camera, scrolling Pinterest for inspiration, or enjoying a Pumpkin Spice Latte or a great glass of wine. I believe it’s the little details that make life and celebrations truly meaningful.
Organization is at the heart of how I serve my clients. I check in with each couple every Tuesday to keep us aligned, calm, and ahead of the details. My goal is for that weekly check-in to be something you look forward to, as I love bringing your vision to life and making you feel comfortable, cared for, and celebrated.
Professionally, my team and I balance the big picture with thoughtful details. On your wedding day, we are the calm voice in the room—running your event with joy and kindness—so you can stay present, enjoy your guests, and fully experience every moment while we handle the logistics behind the scenes.

Thankful for my couples that entrust me and the SantanaRain team to handle all the details behind the scenes, keeping everything on track and flowing smoothly so you can focus on what matters most: each other!
Rachel Gee - Lead Event Panner
Hi, it’s Rachel! I’m a Lead Coordinator with SantanaRain, and I’ve been part of this incredible team since 2023. From the very beginning, this role has been an absolute dream. I’ve had the joy of helping bring all kinds of celebrations to life—from graduation parties and special events to walking alongside couples as they create the wedding they’ve always imagined.
What I love most about what I do is the connection. Planning isn’t just about timelines and details; it’s about building trust, understanding each client’s vision, and forming a genuine bond along the way. Being invited into such meaningful moments is something I never take lightly, and I’m passionate about making every event feel intentional, seamless, and uniquely you. Watching our clients’ ideas come together and knowing I played a part in those memories is truly the best part of my job.

As a proud mom of three young men and a gigi to two wonderful grandsons, I understand the importance of family and the joy that special moments bring. This personal connection drives my commitment to creating events that celebrate love, unity, and cherished memories.

Keely Cottrell - Assistant Event Coordinator
I have been happily married to my husband Mac for seven years. In our free time, we enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with our dog, Ellie. I am an avid reader, enjoy yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
I met Nickie and her team at a local event and was drawn to their warm, inviting personalities. I officially joined the team in 2025, and I am so happy to work with this wonderful group of women.
I was drawn to this industry due to my love of celebrations. I find so much joy in witnessing significant moments in our clients’ lives and helping make these joyful moments possible.
